Kaiserschmarren omlette

This thing is t-h-e best omlette that I've ever had. And I had many ;) It's delicate, tender and frankly... it makes me feel that we are perfect for each other ;)

It's really simple to make you feel that way too!
Take:

1 egg
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of milk
1,5 tablespoon of castor sugar
1 small or medium apple
1 teaspoon of butter

Preparation:

Peel off the apple skin, and cut it into small pieces.

Whisk the egg whites with sugar.

Mix the milk, egg yolk and flour (it's important to make sure there are no lumps of flour left). Pour it into a bowl with whisked egg whites, add apples. Mix carrefully until the dough is one colour.

Melt the butter in a frying pan. Pour the dough on it, cover it up and wait till the bottom isn't liquid.
Then flip it, wait about 3 minutes, cut it into smaller pieces, and... eat!

You can serve it with maple sirup, castor sugar or like it is originally served in Austria with plum jam.
